Bio
James E. Dunstan is General Counsel at TechFreedom and has been part of the organization since its founding. James has over 35 years of private practice experience covering computer game, outer space, media, and telecommunications law.
During his career, James has aided in military efforts, including obtaining experimental licenses for equipment jamming during the first Gulf War. James has also created online legal ecosystems from scratch as well as helped video game producers meet their obligations under Section 230 and the FTC’s Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
