Bio
Evan Mast is an applied microeconomist specializing in urban economics and public finance. His work is focused on housing markets and place-based policies and has been published in American Economic Journal: Applied Economics and Regional Science and Urban Economics.
Mast joined the Upjohn Institute in 2017 from Stanford University, where he received his PhD in economics. Previously, he studied mathematics and economics at the University of Wisconsin as an undergraduate.
