Conor Ryan is a contributing scholar at the CGO. He is an Assistant Professor at Penn State University and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Minnesota. With a diverse background, including a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to his academic pursuits. Conor’s experience includes analyzing consumer demand for health insurance during an internship at ASPE, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, implementing economic models at the Congressional Budget Office, and serving as a Senior Health Care Data Analyst at the American Action Forum. He has also contributed to data analysis and research at the U.S. Department of Justice – Antitrust Division.
