Bob Zink is an avian evolutionary biologist. His interests include species concepts, speciation, phylogeography, molecular evolution, biogeography, the evolution of Darwin’s finches, migration, and conservation genetics. He specializes in systematics, phylogeography, and conservation genetics and holds degrees from the University of Minnesota (Ph.D.) and the University of California-Berkeley (B.S.). His work contributes to our understanding of avian evolution and conservation.
