Olivia Hansen

Olivia Hansen is a senior at Steamboat Springs High School in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. In the summer of 2020, Olivia completed a research internship with the Center for Growth and Opportunity where she studied the role of incentives in promoting the conservation of wildlife on private lands. Olivia’s passion for understanding and improving the world around her has fueled her interest in studying environmental policy through an economic lens. Olivia plans on exploring these themes further by majoring in economics when she begins her undergraduate studies next fall. In her spare time, Olivia is a dedicated piano student and enjoys playing ice hockey and skiing in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
